I identify as a maker and feel most inspired when creating simple beauty from the ordinary. Living on our homestead allows me endless opportunities to discover seeds, plants & flowers while learning unique techniques for natural dying. In addition to working with natural dyes, I’ve spent numerous years researching ethical - non- toxic, acid dyes too. I enjoy playing with color & using acid dyes as a medium to create some of my favorite colorways such as Cottage Fairy and Miss Potter. Working in my dye studio is such a fantastic experience. I feel very grateful that I get to make pretty things and share my joy with you!
